My Beauty Time in ChatGPT and Claude

Connect your My Beauty Time account to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude and run your schedule by chatting: "book Anna tomorrow at 2 pm for a haircut", "who am I seeing today?", "how did the month go?".

What you can do

• See the schedule for a day or a period, and each professional's free times.
• Book, reschedule and cancel appointments. The customer gets the usual WhatsApp messages.
• Find customers and add new ones.
• See the month's financial summary and log expenses and other income (admins).

What it doesn't do

• It never charges customers or moves money.
• It doesn't send free-form messages to customers: only the automatic messages the app already sends for a booking.
• It doesn't delete customers or finance entries, and doesn't change services, prices, the team or settings.
• It doesn't see other accounts: only the business you signed in to, with your role's permissions.

Who can use it

Businesses on the Professional plan, free trial included. Admins get every tool. Employees see and change only their own appointments, with no access to finances.

How to connect

1. In the assistant, add a connector (in ChatGPT under Apps, in Claude under Connectors). Search for My Beauty Time or, if it isn't listed yet, add a custom connector with the address https://app.mybeautytime.app/mcp.
2. Select Connect. The My Beauty Time sign-in page opens: sign in with the email and password, Google or Apple you use in the app.
3. Check what the assistant will be able to do and select Allow.

That's it: just ask. The assistant always checks your business's timezone and today's date before booking.

Permissions

• See the schedule, customers, services and team.
• Book, reschedule and cancel appointments and add customers.
• See the finances and log expenses and income (admins only).

Tools

Read-only: business info, find customers, list appointments, free times, financial summary, finance categories and finance entries.

Add things: add a customer, book, log an expense or income. Change what exists: reschedule and cancel an appointment. Both are marked as actions that change data, so the assistant checks with you first.

Disconnecting

In the web app (app.mybeautytime.app), go to My account → AI agents and select Disconnect next to the assistant. It loses access right away. You can also remove the connector in the assistant's settings.
