Terms of Service

Effective date: October 24, 2026

Welcome to My Beauty Time, by BTime LTDA. By using our services, including the web and mobile app, the booking page, the WhatsApp integration and the connection with AI assistants, you agree to the terms below. The Portuguese version is the reference version.

1. Use of the Services

You can use our services to book and manage appointments with professionals who use My Beauty Time. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and bookings. You agree not to misuse the platform or disrupt other users' experience. A business that adds customers is responsible for having a legal basis to handle their data.

3. Messages and Communication

By using the platform, you agree to receive messages about your appointments (for example, confirmations and reminders) by WhatsApp or the other channels you choose.

4. AI Agents

You can connect your account to a third-party AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. When you do:

• the assistant acts on your behalf, with your role's permissions, and only after you select Allow;
• you are responsible for what you ask the assistant and for checking what it does, such as bookings, reschedules, cancellations and finance entries, which have the same effect as when made in the app (including the WhatsApp messages to customers);
• the assistant is offered by another company, under its own terms and privacy policy; we are not responsible for the answers it generates;
• you can disconnect it at any time in My account → AI agents, in the web app;
• we may suspend a connection that is used abusively or puts the service's security at risk.

What the assistant receives is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Account Termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or the platform is misused.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the platform will be free of errors or interruptions at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

BTime LTDA will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
